We all know Remco Evenepoel can ride a bike. But what goes on in his head? That is the question Average Rob asks Remco in this documentary. Remco and his team are followed while working towards the Giro d'Italia 2023 where Remco is hoping to be the overall winner at the end of the three week stage race. Average Rob delves into the head of the cyclist and tries to find out what is demanded of a human body and mind to reach the top of the world and stay there.

After Felix' walkman gets fixed with clock parts, he is able to hear the past with it. And he slowly finds out his mom's death wasn't just caused by a normal disease. With help from his friends he starts to investigate and discovers the devastating reason for his mom's death.

In 'The Expedition - Greenland', Tine Embrechts, Joris Hessels, Viktor Verhulst, Sven Mary, Lynn Van Royen, Jinnih Beels, Average Rob and Pommelien Thijs make an extremely challenging trip in Greenland led by two experienced arctic guides. With skis and a very heavy sled, they cover a route of 160 km from Kangerlussuaq to Sissimut, an unspoilt and desolate area in very difficult conditions, in freezing cold conditions of up to -40°. They will be unforgettable moments in beautiful surroundings. The participants experience a unique experience and at the same time are confronted with their own limits, both physically and emotionally, but also with those of the group.
