The story takes place in Seoul, 2011. Lee Yoon-sung is a talented MIT-graduate who's working on the international communications team at the Blue House. He encounters dangerous situations while solving a variety of cases, both big and small, for people who need his help, and eventually becomes a "city hunter."

Boonparet, a young and eager attorney, is working on a case where he represents Pongdanai, his half brother, who is a playboy and a womanizer with many mistresses, including one of Boonparet’s best friends. Chisamai is an attorney trainee whom Pongdanai secretly likes, so she is assigned to handle the case, so they can be together more often. But, when she learns the truth about Pongdanai, she decides to work against him by representing Boonparet’s best friend to file for divorce.

Harit Rangsiman, a pearl farm owner in the south of Thailand is very angry and vengeful after Harin, his only younger brother, commits suicide because of a woman name Sansanee (she was his girlfriend in college) breaks up with him. Harit wants to take vengeance on the girl who caused his brother's death. Soraya lives in the same house with Sansanee and her parents because her own parents died a long time ago. Soraya ends up accepting all the punishment doled out by Harit due to her wanting to repay her debt of gratitude to Sansanee because Sansanee once save her life from drowning when they were young.

Fakfah is the owner of Baan Mook Lom Rak, a homestay resort, and she’s at the verge of losing her nephew, Jakgrawan / Plawan, to his bad father, Koltheep, and also Baan Mook Lom Rak because Ayakupt’s company, Sirivaree Group, wants the Mook Lom island for their VIP project. Due to Ayakut’s bachelor ways, his mother forced him to get engaged to Darun, who have a crush on Ayakut’s older brother, Anawin. Ayakut ran away and got mugged by bandits, but got saved by Takom, Fakfah’s people. He though Takom was a bad guy and pushed him into the sea. This made Fakfah angry and she was going to take him to the police station, but Koltheep came to threaten her again for the custody of Plawan. Her lawyer therefore, advised her to get marry to increase her credibility.

Lanta finds a baby under a vehicle, so she decides to take care of the baby and adopt him since the baby was abandoned by his biological mother. She is best friend's with Supadun so she forces him to be the father of the baby. Supadun is not pleased with her decision to take the baby in and he thinks they should give the baby to the police, they call the baby Tu Nu. But later he wants to be Lan's real lover but she's not ready to be anyone's wife yet. They bicker a lot but they're also lovey dovey too.

Married for three years, Janis and Rawee remain childless. Rawee's parents really want a grandchild, but he won’t pressure Janis, as loving her is the most important thing . Janis is already feeling guilty, and he does not wish to hurt her. Janis has a chance encounter with Rita her childhood friend. Janis is fond of Rita and is keen to resume their friendship. They become close rather quickly, leaving Rawee feeling uneasy. Janis is unaware that Rita is still harboring a grudge from when they were younger. Rita feels that Janis ruined a relationship for her, and she is not about to forgive Janis anytime soon.

The Five Brothers is a five part series taken place in the span of the 1960’s surrounding the lives of five brothers of Juthathep palace who were raised by their two grandmothers after a car accident that claimed the lives of their parents, namely Mom Chao Vichakorn Juthathep. Born into the prestigious title of Mom Ratchawongse, the five brothers are set on a pedestal by their grandmothers to not only be a gentleman, but to set a good example, defend the underdog and marry well. Especially marry well. And we get to witness how each one tackle this issue. This sets the premise of the struggles and conflict in this series.
