Señor Manuel is an elderly gentleman who falls in love with the charming Luisa, a confidence trickster posing as a rich socialite. In preparation for their upcoming wedding, Señor Manuel takes Luisa back to see his hacienda and introduces his new fiancé to the staff. Among which is Gabriel, Manuel's right-hand man, who is not only well respected by the town’s people, but is also the one person that Señor Manuel trusts the most. Likewise, Gabriel cares deeply for the old man and is very protective of the haciendero; so much so that during the initial meeting, the fiercely devoted Gabriel immediately becomes suspicious that Luisa is a fake and is only after Señor Manuel’s money.

In the hospital, Vince, a womanizer, is comatosed and mistakes Cristina as his guardian angel when he sees her as he opened his eyes. Little did he know that Cristina nearly killed him when she accidentally pulled his life plug. When he got well, he vowed to treat women better and find his guardian angel. One day, Cristina sees Vince with his friends. Cristina was so happy and relieved to see him alive that she hit him on the head. Muhlach plays the role of Umboy, a notary public attorney who earns a living by notarizing important documents and other papers, while Velasquez on the other hand plays the role of Berns, a professional documents fixer. Every time Berns needs the help of a notary public, she goes to Umboy to "legalized" everything. This "legalization" process of documents was somehow Umboy does not agree with Berns. Their different ideology and principles in life have created a cat-and-dog fight situation between the two. But what's supposed to be a misunderstanding between the two of them will likely to create a blossoming relationship. The Philippine edition of Celebrity Duets is an interactive reality-based singing competition airing on GMA Network jointly hosted by Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez. The show is produced by Fremantle Media and Simon Cowell through Syco Television which also produced the original version in the United States. The series premiered on August 11, 2007.

Pinoy Pop Superstar was a Philippine television show featuring a year-long talent search for the best Filipino amateur singers. It was broadcast every Saturday evening on GMA. The format is loosely patterned on the original Tawag ng Tanghalan. The program was hosted by Regine Velasquez. In the 2006 Star Awards for Television, Velasquez was awarded the "Best Talent Search Program Host" for the show.

SOP was a Philippine noontime music/variety show aired by GMA Network. The show airs from 12pm-3pm on Sundays. The show is broadcast from Studio 4 at the GMA Network Studios. The show title stands for "Sobrang Okey, Pare!" a Filipino expression which connotes enjoyment and appreciation of a particular thing that catches the imagination of the people. The title was coined by a group of GMA executives in early 1997 who conceptualized an interactive musical-variety show to replace the long-running GMA Supershow. Spinoffs and later forms of the show include SOP Rules, SOP Gigsters, and SOP Fully Charged.

I ♥ You, Pare! is a Philippine romantic comedy directed by Andoy Ranay and Joyce E. Bernal for GMA Network. It premiered on February 7, 2011, starring Regine Velasquez and Dingdong Dantes. The love story contains pseudo-homosexuality elements, where a heterosexual man does not initially know of the woman pretending to be a homosexual man's true gender. The show premiered on February 9, 2011, two days after its original premiere, on GMA Pinoy TV. Some of the musical sequences, particularly songs sung in "Club Love" in the story are being dubbed out on GMA Pinoy TV. It ended in May 27, 2011, and was replaced by Amaya.

Diva is a Philippine musical comedy-drama television series, developed by Don Michael Perez and directed by Dominic Zapata. The series premiered on March 1, 2010 on GMA Network, starring Regine Velasquez, Rufa Mae Quinto, Mark Anthony Fernandez, TJ Trinidad and Glaiza de Castro. It has several cameos from Ogie Alcasid, Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera. It is aired internationally, with a two-day delay on GMA Pinoy TV in which the show premiered on March 3, 2010.

Totoy Bato is a boxing-themed Philippine drama from GMA Network, based on the graphic novel created by Carlo J. Caparas, that depicts the remarkable story of an ordinary person named Totoy Magtanggol, played by Robin Padilla, becoming a skillful boxer and conquering injustice with bravery and compassion. The series premiered on February 23. This is considered to be the first Indie Television Show for Robin's own crew in the production and blocking the powers of the management to control the show.

Ako si Kim Samsoon, or simply Kim Samsoon, was a romantic comedy Philippine drama that was aired on GMA Network, a remake of a popular and award-winning Korean drama that originally aired on MBC TV on Summer 2005. The series was part of the network's 58th Anniversary celebration. Re-telling the story of My Lovely Sam Soon, dubbed as the Korean Bridget Jones, the series began airing on June 30, 2008, replacing Babangon Ako't Dudurugin Kita, and ended on October 10, 2008. The title role, previously played by Kim Sun Ah, was played by Regine Velasquez. This show marked the last television directing of Khryss Adalia who died due to colon cancer on October 13, 2008 after the finale week and the show was cancelled due to low ratings. It was re-aired on GMA Life TV from December 20, 2010 to April 1, 2011. It currently airs on KIKU-TV in Honolulu, Hawaii since October 21, 2012. Ako si Kim Samsoon is also currently airing via Fox Filipino which premiered on May 28, 2013.

It featured Regine Velasquez Richard Gomez Ariel Rivera and Dawn Zulueta.The series' plot revolves around on the main four characters: Angeline, Michael, Raphael and Stella ...
