Ana is a Latina immigrant who after serving in the US Navy finds a new way to enjoy retirement serving people in the Craft services for a film production company in New York City, everybody knows her as The Crafty Lady and this short film is a day in her life.

He runs his department as diplomatically as he runs his family, even when dealing with the politics that plagued his unapologetically bold father, Henry, during his stint as Chief.
