In 1974, a group of men lost their lives in what is still called today the Bloodless Revolution of Portugal.

Vitória Neves, a strong woman and dedicated teacher, always focused on solving the problems of her students and colleagues, even if this means leaving her personal life and family balance behind. The ones who suffer most are Pedro, her teenage son, and Salvador, her husband. Sofia Neves, Vitória's sister, an artist who lives in London, is opening her first major exhibition when she receives the news of Vitória's suicide.

Presumed dead for nearly twenty years, Flor reappears in Azores with a revelation capable of shaking the past and reshaping the present: her disappearance was not an accident, as everyone believed.
