Hansel and Gretel is a Swiss short fairy tale movie by Rudolf Jugert from 1971. It is based on Grimm’s fairy tale Hansel and Gretel.

Things may not be fast at the German post office, but they're a lot of fun: postal supervisor Max Sparwein knows a thing or two about it, because he really can't complain about boring and monotonous service on his tour through the city. This is also the experience of journalist Mara Schönwetter, who accompanies him on his walks up and down the stairs to write a report.

The musician Udo Lindenberg (played by himself) is kidnapped during the party after a concert. Nobody realises this until the next day, when he doesn't show up in time for a rehearsal. The unscrupulous bar owner Otto Grolbek hires the masseur Janos Klewe to murder his landlady. He then wants to inherit her and get his hands on some urgently needed money. But things turn out differently than planned: Janos is killed during the attempted murder in Portugal and Vera returns to Germany terrified. Now Otto has to commit the crime himself and kills his landlady. He disguises the crime perfectly, but has not reckoned with Inspector Mungowski's subtlety ...

Ein Herz und eine Seele is a German cult sitcom based on the British sitcom Till Death Us Do Part by Johnny Speight. The show premiered on January 15, 1973 and lasted for about twenty episodes, airing its last on November 4, 1974. In 1976, the show had a short-lived revival with another four episodes. Ein Herz und eine Seele was written by Wolfgang Menge. The show was extremely successful during its initial run and it still proves very popular in reruns. Two episodes in particular, Silvesterpunsch and Rosenmontagszug have gained such popularity that they are now shown traditionally on German TV on New Year's Eve and Rosenmontag, respectively.

Der Landarzt

Der Fahnder is a German television krimi series which was aired between 1984 and 2005. In the Netherlands the series was broadcast by the VARA from 3 October 1985.

Das Kriminalmuseum was a German television series. It ran from 1963 to 1970 on ZDF and was one of its first programs. Each episode began with a tracking shot through an unspecified crime museum, stopping at one of the displays, whose story was then told. Each episode was between 60 and 75 minutes long and featured different actors as the criminal commissioner. The best known was Erik Ode, who in 1969 moved to Der Kommissar, appearing in 97 episodes. The theme music of the series was written by German composer Martin Böttcher, who also composed the complete scores for five episodes.
