A comedy movie revolves around a thief who steals street dogs and sell them, oddly he learned this profession from a female dog, who breastfed him when he was a baby, which led him to acquire a supernatural powers.
After living his whole life in Mazarita, Fazza' finally decides to turn his life around once and for all. He moves to Cairo to experience city life, to which he is unaccustomed, and goes through all of its difficulties and comedic contrasts.
