The Earth is threatened whenever the Chief, after years of preparation, enacts his army to conquer the world. Our heroes go to multiple dimensions to help defeat the Chief's plans and save mankind.

After The War between Chief's Army and Freddy's Resistance Team, nearly everyone has been left dead. Springtrap and Ennard, shortly arriving after the battle, try to find the remaining survivors to help repair them. While doing so, QXR is working to repair Chief's Army, and the new arrival of Glitchtrap makes things worse when his own motives start to collide with everyone else in a massive war.
