A year ago, a group of friends played a series of cruel pranks on an old friend. Now, the dynamics within the friend group start to shift, and when tension arises, they decide to meet up for dinner at a restaurant. Alix, an upper-class socialite from her successful business, decides to take a weekend getaway with her closest friends, but everything goes wrong when an accident occurs and she finds herself trapped in time, after interfering with an artifact before her close call with death, making time reverse back to the same day over and over, whenever she or her friends have any more close calls. As she tries to unravel the mystery of why time keeps going backwards, she’s forced to confront her and her friend’s own dark past and present. More bad luck falls on them each time they escape death. Will she find a way to save her friends and break the cycle? Or will it start to be too much for her so she lets them die?
