In the late seventies in Rijeka, the story follows the friendship of an amateur rock band, their development, problems, love and desire for success.
A reporter arrives in Rijeka and is placed in a hotel room numbered 23. There he also meets a mysterious roommate with a shady past, gets roped into a case of a local singer's dissappearence and gets tangled up with the local mafia who begin to blackmail him and his family for money.
The short film "Govornica" ("Timeless Conversation") tells a story of communication between two people who became a part of space-time convergence during a disruption in the time loop and signal frequency. Their knowledge about each other activates a series of events that will affect their past, present and future.
