Produced by Freddy Leprechaun Productions, it is a movie featuring Creepypasta characters Ticci Toby (Tiernan Lachmann) and Jeff the Killer (Zac Cisco) created by Katoway and Sesseur which is a sequel to their other fan film "Ticci Toby" where Jeff the Killer helps bring Ticci Toby back to life and they end up in a gory battle as revenge for Jeff killing Toby's dear companion.
When Mitch moves into the top apartment of a duplex, he starts to notice strange things going on. Scratching coming from the walls, people vanishing on the news. Could it be the work of Eyeless Jack, an urban legend come to life.
