In an attempt to bring order back to Crime Town, Sargent Nills hires Union-J and the LER, two sandwich stand employees posing as superheroes, to stop the Garifier and bring him to justice.
The LER struggles to find purpose after breaking up with his crime fighting partner, Union-J. However, Crime Town still needs him, and he won't stop serving justice until he's dead.
