A mother searches for her lost son, who after four days still has not returned from a party at a friend's house a day's drive away.
A 50 year old adman (Robert Urich) loses his job. Rather than facing trying to find a new job, he decides to try to make it on the senior golf tour. This causes him to neglect his wife (Meredith Baxter) and family.
