The dance crew from "Breakin'" bands together to save a community center from a greedy developer bent on building a shopping center in its place.
Mr. T, with the help of a host of friends and special guest performers, attempts to instill good values in children via a series of comedic and musical vignettes, taking place on the beach, at the park and on city streets.
