Anton accidentally stumbles upon a girl being raped. He attempts to intervene, but when the rapist manages to escape, Anton finds himself a fugitive wanted by the police. While on the run, poor visibility and heavy rain cause Anton to crash his car into a truck. At the hospital, he meets a beautiful nurse named Yosi. Although Anton is eventually cleared of the charges and hopes to pursue a romance with Yosi, he discovers that she has become a nun.
