The melancholy Candy runs the Half Mortal, a trendy bar in Hong Kong. She hires Paul; Stella, a part-time employee who's a college student in psychology, trains him. He has a gift for mixing the perfect drink to fit each customer's emotional needs. His own emotions, however, are complex: his father, an alcoholic, has died recently; he's abandoned his studies; and, although he's likes Stella, he's a tyro with women and inarticulate with her. Is alcohol the key to happiness, as Paul wonders; does it simply change peoples' personality, as Stella thinks; or, is it just there, as Candy's business sense tells her? Can Paul and Stella blend into something smooth?

Stephen Chow plays a selfish yet in some places kind hearted barrister who tricks his servant in doing things for his own benefit. Eric Kot playing the servant is misguided by what he thinks is love and leaves Chow vowing that he will never need Chow's help again in life. Shortly afterwards Kot gets into some big trouble (due to be executed) with the British and calls on Chow for help. Chow tries to help his client, but is fish out of water when he has to fight this court room case according to western rules.

This does not sit well with his old triad boss Brother Hung (Ti Lung) nor Hung's son, Gwai Chai (Stephen Fung). Gwai Chai in particular is itching to rise the ranks of the mob and take over and sets up deals on his own which increasingly puts pressure on himself to deliver. The mob's success hinges on Yip's connections to Thailand and Gwai Chai takes matters to the extreme in order to force his deal to be a success...

He and his assistant Ma work tacitly together professionally but are unable to take a step forward other than work. The up and coming artist Fifi Wong wants to make it big in her career, she later falls for the genteel To Bing at first sight although both of them already have their other important halves.

After graduating from high school, classmates Jerry and Lok move into an apartment together for the freedom to best explore all the best that the world can offer them: women. Jerry applies to be interviewed for a survey on dating, only to fall in love with interviewer So, even if she's more interested in data than dating. When Lok's sister, Foon, returns from Tibet, she moves in with the duo and soon she and Jerry are at each other's throats...

Heung, a fishwerwoman, is determined to help Kai, an amateur aromatherapist, find the ultimate elixir for the princess who has a bad case of body odour. Leung Foon and Ann reunite after the events of The Yuppie Fantasia, but issues still exist. Ann works overtime to be a better wife, and Leung Foon attempts mightily to be a model, upright husband.

The movie “One Night at School” describes three groups of totally irrelevant people who accidentally encounter in an abandon school one night. One group includes five beauties who go there for a livestreaming programme. They are forced to make a low cost but highly attractive programme and the abandon school seems a perfect setting. Several people from a criminal gang are also in the school at that night to carry out some revenge action. After searching in the city, the gang decides that the abandon school is suitable. The last group comprises two guys who have stolen the dead body of a Singaporean rich man. The body is stored in the abandoned school where the two guys go to check every day. They plan to extort a large sum of virtual currency from the rich man’s family. By taking care of their own matter at the same place at the same time, the three groups unintentionally intertwine and the adventure unfolds.
