Marisol

Chris Miller, living with her stepmother in a large secluded mansion, finds her isolation interrupted by the arrival of an unknown scythe-wielding killer.

Marisol, who has recently lost his father at sea, leaving Cadiz to go live with his uncle Ramon. He lives in a family that falls apart because of his wife Eleanor, obsessed only pretend to their friends, who spoiled her children, Javier, Churri, Jorge and Pili. Javier is dedicated to waste money. Churri flirts with several suitors, and end up choosing the least of it is. Jorge lose too much time exercising and neglected studies, and Pili, even a child, she spends hours without leaving the cinema. Javier gets into financial problems that threaten to take him to jail, and Marisol decides to get the money anyway. Furthermore, it decides, with the help of the maid of the house, Herminia, and a friend he met on the train, trying to straighten out the family, earning the enmity of immediate Leonor, who from the beginning did not look favorably upon the arrival of the child.

A man and a woman have been secretly married. He belongs to a rich family and she is a poor actress and singer that is failing to success in her career. One day, he decides to tell his family that he's married and flies to Italy, where they live, but the flight has an accident and he dies. The man's brother goes to Spain to look for the body, and he discovers not only that his brother is married, also that his brother's wife is pregnant.

Marisol and Mariluz are twin sisters. They live separated, Mariluz with their uncle in Rio de Janeiro, and Marisol with their mother, in Madrid. Marisol's mother has desperately tried to get money to go to Brasil and meet Mariluz, and so she and the girl have worked in all kinds of places, but they never get enough money until one day Marisol's mother decides to sell everything to get the money and go to Brasil to reunite the family. Once there they discover that Mariluz's governess and her lover have devised a plan to get the money from the twins' uncle, a plan that is in terrible danger now that the spaniards have arrived to Brasil, forcing them to start thinking to get them out of the way...

Marisol, a young star of Spanish cinema, and Frank, an American director, fall in love while filming a movie in Spain. The producer decides to use the situation to organize a publicity stunt, but Marisol prepares a trap to chastise him.

Marisol is a girl of 16 who, accompanied by her father, is singing from place to place, to put food in their mouths. They end up going to a camp site in Mallorca, where the girl meets two students from Madrid, Tony and Mario. Marisol wants to become someone great, and to achieve that, she performs at a bullfighting tournament as a singer, in the hope that someone will see her. Mr. Morrison and Miss Nelly notice her. This man puts his expectations in Marisol, but to do that, he takes her away from the environment she has lived in until then. That way, he will get the world to consider her "a lady with great talent" (her voice), which is what she wanted in the first place.

A girl whose name is never revealed (Marisol) and her brother Manolo (Pedro Mari Sanchez) survive as best they can in Madrid with only the help of their two horses, Agrippina and Cabriola. She disguises herself as a boy to work picking up trash. However,she lives permanently with two dreams in her head. The first to meet her idol, the bullfighter Angel Peralta. The second, for Cabriola to become a bullfighting star, for which, with the help of Manolo, she trains it thoroughly. One day, when Angel Peralta has a bullfight in Madrid, the girls manages to come to his house disguised as a boy, and begs him to try the horse. Angel is impressed with the horse, and introduces her to his agent, who will guide her in her first steps as a mounted bullfighter. Everyone believes her to be a young man, and no-one suspects she is really a woman. Gradually Cabriola and "the Boy" are gaining fame, albeit in Comic bullfighting.

Sebastian Palomo Linares is a bullfighter that has reached success in his career. Marisol is a rich girl that likes to run with her car. One day, they meet on the road, and he deeply falls in love with her, but Marisol, who loves him too, doesn't seem to be ready to be with a man that risks his life every time he has a bullfight.

Carola is a princess in a land far far away that had to run away after revolution in her country. She goes to Spain and has to disguise herself to save her life, because the revolution wants her to die. But Carola doesn't like to be imprisoned and secretly goes out by night to find out how spaniards live. What she didn't expect, was that she would fall in love with a man she meets in a restaurant, a man who works in a cabaret where she decides to start working as a singer because money is running out.

What were initially charges against some managers, becomes an accusation of embezzlement against César, who is in France to prevent his entry into military service. Go back and appear before the judge to prove his innocence.

A woman arrives in town to work as a teacher. It is the time of the 'maquis', the anti-Franco guerrilla that fights with little hope in some regions of Spain just after the end of the civil war. She has a love affair with one of the guerrillas, but their relationship will have an impossible future because of the past.

While rehearsing a flamenco ballet adaptation of Bizet's opera “Carmen”, Antonio, the choreographer, falls in love with the main dancer, Carmen, a fiercely independent woman. Antonio is slowly consumed by jealousy and possessiveness towards Carmen, just like Don José in the original opera, blurring the lines between fiction and reality.

Javier lives with his mother in a modest apartment. He conducts surveys on the effectiveness of ads. This work provides a humble earning for the two of them. One day he meets Juna at a bus stop. He tries to ask her out, but she refuses. A few days later, they meet again. Slowly a relationship develops, but her plan is to marry someone rich. Javier's wealthy uncle included him in his testament, so Juna talks Javier into killing the uncle.

Harvey hires Mary to seduce his rival Larry and help him gain his revenge. But Maria and Larry fall in love and things become complicated.

Antonio Gades, la ética de la danza

Musical. Thaddeus (Juanjo Menéndez) is a taxi driver who is about to experience a busy work day. Before Brian De Palma became a narrative film maker he made documentaries. Among them is The Responsive Eye, which chronicles the Museum of Modern Art’s 1965 exhibition of op-art. Curated by William Seitz, this was the first significant exhibit of optical art synchronous with and in some cases arising out of the early days of psychedelic culture. It’s amusing to watch the stuffed shirts within the art world attempt to describe what they are looking at in conventional terms or resorting to psychological mumbo jumbo without ever mentioning mescaline or LSD.
