Kristoffer lives in Oslo with his friends Geir and Stig Inge. He works as a billboard installer, and in his spare time he makes a video diary with Geir and Stig, containing stunts of a Jackass-nature. When Kristoffer's girlfriend, Elisabeth, leaves him, his life seems to fall to pieces. Until his videos are featured on Norway's most popular talk show and Kristoffer becomes famous.

Trouble starts when Lars, a 25-year-old with few prospects for the future, discovers that an older man is fooling around with the teenage boys in his suburb. The end goal is to make a better version of them self and to take parth in a 4 man end game mission. They will have to tackle stressful situations and have the courage to overcome their biggest fairs, phobias and show willpower when it really matters. The last 4 in the competition will get the chance to go on a special mission where a winner will be crowned.

A group of people arrive at Oslo airport. Some to welcome their loved ones, some to fly home to their families, and some who want to fly away and escape Christmas.
