Richard Macedo, is a young Mexican-American businessman from Orange County whose life is changed over the course of one night through a series of off beat encounters with the denizens of Mexico City.
Valeria and Pablo, her husband, own an important hotel chain, which she inherited and he manages. Valeria knows that she suffers from chronic insomnia but has managed to control it and live a normal life.
