A Daughter's Lullaby

This is one of the four "animated comics" taking place in the same universe as the film "I Am Legend". In New Delhi, India, during the Krippin Virus Pandemic, Vatsala and her family are preparing to evacuate to a shelter. That night, Vatsala sneaks out of her home and into the chaotic streets of the city to find her boyfriend, Pritam.

A little girl runs after a lost ball and ends up in a large, old cemetery. In this strange, strange environment of light and silence, she meets a man, the gravedigger. The man takes her into his hut, an enchanted world where dozens of self-carved puppets give it an eerie life. There he tells her things about sin, purity and preservation that she does not understand and yet to which she reacts with a strange fascination. As he talks and plays with his puppets, the man gets closer and closer to her until his hands gently wrap around her neck...

The experienced one knows how to come out of difficult situations that can arise during the higher level meetings. The novice translator deals with such a ranked event for the first time. The relations between the two countries have been worsening for a quite a long period, the countries leaders can't hide their irritation even in public discussions. The negotiations are coming to an unpleasant final, so the translators have to make a tough choice.
