A misfit group of unwitting high school students stumble upon a cursed object, an ancient Aztec Death Whistle. They discover that blowing the whistle and the terrifying sound it emits will summon their future deaths to hunt them down.

Caio is a deeply religious young man, living in the shadow of his brother, Alberto. While Alberto challenges norms and embraces life, Caio feels trapped by his beliefs. In a moment of desperation, Caio murders Alberto and stages his death as a suicide, convincing himself that he acted in God’s name.

He called the number of the "City Trans", where the driver Marko will take him to the wrong location, which will later be fatal for Riccardo...
