Three years after taping his previous show in the Persian Gulf, Bob Hope returns to the front line to put on another USO Christmas extravaganza, this time in Saudi Arabia for US Troops preparing with other nations to expel Iraq's 1990 invasion and attempted annexation of Kuwait.

Flagwaving story of a new American destroyer, the JOHN PAUL JONES, from the day her keel is laid, to what was very nearly her last voyage. Among the crew, is Steve Boleslavski, a shipyard welder that helped build her, who reenlists, with his old rank of Chief bosuns mate. After failing her sea trials, she is assigned to the mail run, until caught up in a disparate battle with a Japanese sub. After getting torpedoed, and on the verge of sinking, the Captain, and crew hatch a plan to try and save the ship, and destroy the sub.

After the highs of winning the world championships, the Bellas find themselves split apart and discovering there aren't job prospects for making music with your mouth. In a tiny house in the town of Destor, near Rouyn-Noranda on Highway 101 North, Scott, a repeat ex-con in his fifties, lives quietly with Jessie, his girlfriend 23 years his junior. He spends his time meditating and doing 3D puzzles while Jessie spends hers collecting dolphin figures, dancing to “Summer Love” and smoking weed. Wanting to make a documentary on Scott’s social reintegration, social worker Anick moves in to their house for a few days. While the shoot starts off smoothly, with several funny and touching interviews of Scott and Jessie, things quickly derail. Anick seems more interested in Jessie than Scott. The documentary’s subjectivity is quickly replaced by a growing attraction between Anick and Jessie. The continuous presence of the filmmaker in the enclosed space, coupled with the exasperation Scott feels at being constantly recorded, is causing the pressure to escalate. Scott could lose it at any time.

The men buy horse hair to make the women believe it is hair of another woman; the women pretend to have received love letters. Final match result: women seem more jealous than men.

Malo and Stéphane are two students who are kind of losers and have just started high school. Their plan to become popular: to host a German exchange student with a lot of style. Too bad for Malo, who gets stuck with a Goth who will make his life hell.

In South Tirol, shortly after ww-ii: Paul and Barbara Holzmann and their son Charlie own a small gasoline station. At their wedding anniversary, of all days, Barbara finds proof that Paul may again have cheated on her. At first she believes his explanations, but when she finds more proof later, she leaves and seeks comfort in the arms of her former friend Nicola in Italy. The story is told from the perspective of her diary.

21-year-old Chris tries to break into her wealthy and glamorous neighbor's world.

Sree Nath falls in love with a poor woman and both get intimate, resulting in her getting pregnant. When the time comes for Sree to marry her, he renounces her and instead marries the daughter of wealthy Mr. Saxena. She gives birth to a boy, Vikram, and shortly thereafter passes away. Sree's step-brothers, Badri and Kedar, move in with Sree, and soon his health starts to deteriorate. They hire a nurse to look after him, but he keeps on getting worse.

Meanwhile, Bin's flirty nature attracts too many boys, and it finally becomes trouble when the wealthy Li (Tian Qing) grows obsessed with her.

Gino gets into a traffic accident and savds by his childhood love, Gillian, who's now a fireman. Being a fireman was actually Gino's childhood wish, but somewhere along the way he became a scum. Gino discovers that he has the ability to feel the emotions of those he touches. He uses the power for petty selfish reasons until a life-changing incident causes him to mend his ways.
