Tirana, 1997. In the chaos that followed the fall of the dictatorship, a boy hounded by the other children hides inside one of the concrete bunkers the regime left scattered across the country. He never comes out again. Tirana, 2022. Adrian returns from ten years in London with his girlfriend Nua and their friends Davide and Giulia. They are carrying twenty-five thousand euros in cash and a plan: buy a disused bunker and turn it into the most fashionable club in the city.
