Jaan Rekkor
Biography
Jaan Rekkor (born April 3, 1958) is an Estonian stage, film and television actor.
Jaan Rekkor was born in the small village of Hõreda in Rapla County. He attended schools in Märjamaa, graduating from the Ants Lauter Märjamaa Secondary School in 1976 (now, Märjamaa Gymnasium). Between 1976 and 1979, he studied journalism at the University of Tartu. He then studied acting at the Tallinn State Conservatory's Performing Arts Department (now, the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre), graduating in 1982. Among his graduating classmates were Margus Oopkaup, Anu Lamp, Laine Mägi, Sulev Teppart, Andrus Vaarik, and Viire Valdma.
Rekkor's first significant film role came in 1983 as the character Jaanus Roog in the Kaljo Kiisk directed film Nipernaadi, based on the 1928 novel Toomas Nipernaadi by Estonian writer August Gailit. This was followed in 1986 by the role of Jaan Kreuks in the Kaljo Kiisk directed and Mati Unt penned Tallinnfilm biographical drama Saja aasta pärast mais about leading Estonian Communist Party politician Viktor Kingissepp. In 1989, he played the role of Peeter Kängsepp in the Jüri Sillart directed historical drama Äratus, which chronicled "Operation Priboi"; the 25 to 28 March 1949 Soviet mass deportation of more than 90,000 Estonians, Latvians and Lithuanians labeled as enemies of the people to forced settlements in inhospitable areas of the Soviet Union.
In 1992 Jaan Rekkor was cast in the role of Muna in the Mati Põldre directed biographical drama Need vanad armastuskirjad which explored the life of Raimond Valgre, an Estonian songwriter of the 1930s and the 1940s. In 1997, he appeared in the Hardi Volmer directed historical comedy Minu Leninid. This was followed by a role in the 1998 René Vilbre directed short film Perekondlik sündmus.
During the 2000s, Rekkor appeared in several films; most memorably as Roland in the 2005 René Vilbre comedy-family film Röövlirahnu Martin, starring Ott Sepp and Madis Ollikainen; as Coach in the 2006 Laila Pakalniņa directed comedy-drama Koer, lennuk ja laulupidu; a small role in the gritty 2008 René Vilbre directed drama Mina olin siin, which was adapted from the 2005 novel Mina olin siin. Esimene arest by Sass Henno; and as Carabas Barabas in the musical-comedy Buratino, directed by Rasmus Merivoo.
In 2013, Rekkor appeared in the role of Bonifacius in the René Vilbre directed fantasy-film Väikelinna detektiivid ja valge daami saladus. In 2016, he appeared in the Anu Aun directed Luxfilm romantic-drama Polaarpoiss. In 2018, he appeared in the Anu Aun directed family-Christmas film Eia jõulud Tondikakul.
Jaan Rekkor's television debut was the role of Mister Saul in the 1995 Vilja Palm directed Eesti Televisioon (ETV) period drama mini-series Wikmani poised, adapted from the 1988 semi-autobiographical Jaan Kross novel of the same name. Between 1995 and 1998 he appeared on the comedy series M Klubi. In 2013, he appeared in the role of Mart in the Finnish television romantic-drama miniseries Vaarallista kokea. Rekkor would go on to perform in a number of roles in Estonian television series. He is possibly best recalled for his role as Rein Pihelgas in the ETV crime series Ohtlik lend from 2006 to 2007, and as the same character as in the Ain Prosa directed TV3 comedy-crime series Kättemaksukontor from 2010 until 2013. Carmen Mikiver played Rein Pihelgas' wife Ivi.

Rudolf Krause (1964 in Karlsruhe) ist ein deutscher Schauspieler.
Rudolf Krause wurde 1964 in Karlsruhe geboren und lebte dort bis er acht Jahre alt war. Dann siedelte die Familie nach Hannover über. Durch seinen Musiklehrer kam ein Kontakt zur Statisterie des Opernhauses Hannover zustande. In kleinen Rollen sammelte er erste Erfahrungen auf der Bühne und war an vielen Musiktheater-Inszenierungen beteiligt u.a. mit den Regisseuren Herbert Wernicke und Intendant Hans-Peter Lehmann. Er entschloss sich für eine Schauspielausbildung, die er an der Hochschule der Künste Berlin erhielt. Danach war er für ein Jahr an der Schaubühne am Lehniner Platz engagiert und anschließend an der Landesbühne Niedersachsen Nord in Wilhelmshaven. Danach arbeitete er frei - in Berlin, in Wien und Zürich, in Schauspiel-, Tanz- und Musiktheaterproduktionen, u.a. am Maxim-Gorki-Theater, dem Berliner Ensemble, der Neuköllner Oper, dem Fasson Theater Zürich - und immer öfter auch in Fernsehproduktionen. Sechs Jahre lang machte er Improvisationstheater und trat im Chamäleon-Varieté in Berlin und als Gast des Impro-Theater-Ensembles Die Gorillas auf. Seitdem unterrichtet er unterschiedliche Formen der Improvisation sowie Rollen- und Szenenarbeit als Dozent am Michael Tschechow Studio Berlin. Sean Connery

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award.
Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000).
Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama.
On 31 October 2020, it was announced that Connery had died at the age of 90.

Leo Gorcey
Biography
Leo Gorcey's parents were actor Bernard Gorcey (born 1888) who stood 4' 10", and Josephine Condon (born 1901), who stood 4' 11" and weighed 95 pounds; they worked in vaudeville in New York. In 1915, 14-year-old Josephine gave birth to Fred. In 1917, Leo was born, a large baby at 12 lb. 3 oz.; as an adult he would be 5' 6". In 1921 his brother David Gorcey was born. In 1935, Leo and David appeared in the stage play "Dead End." In 1937, this was made into a movie, and Leo became one of the busiest actors for the next 20 years -- from 1937-1939 he starred in seven Dead End Kids movies, from 1940-1945 in 21 East Side Kids films, from 1946-1956 in 41 Bowery Boys movies.
In 1939, Leo married 17-year-old dancer Kay Marvis, who appeared in four of his movies. They divorced in 1944 after five years of marriage; she went on to marry Groucho Marx. In 1945, Leo married Evalene Bankston; they divorced in 1948. Leo was to have paid her $50,000 in a divorce settlement; however, when two detectives she hired broke into his home, he retaliated by firing his gun at them. They sued, and Leo countersued for illegal entry and won $35,000 back. In 1949, Leo married Amelita Ward, whom he met while filming Smugglers' Cove (1948). Their marriage produced Leo Gorcey Jr. in 1949, and a baby girl they named Jan (after Leo's producer and manager, Jan Grippo) in 1951. They divorced in 1956. That year Leo married his young nanny, Brandy, who was taking care of his two kids. They had a baby girl, Brandy Jo, in 1958. The couple divorced in 1962. Leo went to the altar one last time in February, 1968, marrying Mary Gannon. He stayed married to her until his death from liver failure on June 2, 1969, in Oakland, California.

Kati Kovács

Kati Kovács (born Katalin Anna Sarolta Kovács 25 October 1944), is a Ferenc Liszt and Kossuth Award-winning Hungarian pop-rock singer, performer, lyricist and actress.
She is one of the most famous singers of Hungary with dozens of recorded albums, awards and presentations in Hungary and abroad, and with international recognition and a very active career until today.
Kovacs is known for her raspy and very strong mezzo-soprano singing voice which received wide praise from Hungarian music critics who have called her: "The Best Female Voice of Hungary". She can sing opera, rock, jazz, pop, dance, blues and rock and roll.
She appeared first time on stage in 1962. She became the first famous nationally in 1965 when she won the seminal TV talent show in Hungary "Ki mit tud?". A year later, she achieved some even greater successes with her performance of the song I Won't Be Your Plaything (Nem leszek a játékszered) which won the TV Dance Song Festivals in Hungary in 1966.
In 1968 she played the leading roles in some films, for example The Girl.
The psychedelic spiritual Lord Send Us Rain (Add már, uram, az esőt!) won the Hungarian Dance Song Festival and the German Song Contest in 1972.
She worked with the Hungarian rock band Locomotiv GT on three albums (Kovács Kati & Locomotiv GT, Közel a naphoz and Kati) and a compilation (Rock and Roller).
In 1974 she won the Castlebar Song Contest in Ireland with the song Roses Are Red, Violets Are Blue (Nálad lenni újra jó lenne).
She appeared as a singer in the 1977 Hungarian film Ök ketten (Women), which was directed by Márta Mészáros.
Since 1979 she sang the covers of several disco and hit songs in Hungary originally performed by Donna Summer, Barbra Streisand, Laura Branigan, Madonna, Tanita Tikaram, Sam Brown, Anastacia etc.
Besides singing, Kati Kovács also writes lyrics. One of her best known works which she also performed is the lyrics to Vangelis’ composition 1492: The Conquest of Paradise.
Since 23 October 2009 she works with the psychedelic soul-beat band The Qualitons. They had a very successful concert in Budapest with the singer's rare beat and funk songs. It is said to be Kati's big comeback. In 2010 they are on tour around the country. They were planning a new album together but their connection is lost.
Christina Aguilera's 2010 single "Woohoo" contains a sample from the song Add már, uram, az esőt!.

Lou D'Angeli
Biography
is an American marketing professional and retired professional wrestling manager. He is the current Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas. He is best known for his appearances with the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based professional wrestling promotion Extreme Championship Wrestling from 1995 to 2001 under the ring names Sign Guy Dudley and Lou E. Dangerously. When ECW went bankrupt, Lou went to work for other pro wrestling companies such as Combat Zone Wrestling, PWF and MECW. At one point D'Angeli was working with Steve Corino on booking the PWF. D'Angeli last appeared in a ring as a manager in February 2003 with Alexis Laree (Mickie James) and Justin Credible. D'Angeli had a cameo at the 2006 WWE ECW One Night Stand PPV when Rob Van Dam defeated John Cena for the WWE Title.
More recently D'Angeli appeared as part of Montel Vontavious Porter's entourage on Saturday Night's Main Event from Madison Square Garden when Evander Holyfield, in place of MVP, had a boxing match with Matt Hardy.
Lou appeared as Lou E. Dangerously at ACID FEST in honor of Trent Acid on July 10, 2010.
In March 2012 Lou returned to wrestling with Billy Corgan's group Resistance Pro based out of Chicago. He was brought in to specifically write for the shows as well as help talent given his performing and promoting history with ECW and WWE

D'Angeli currently works as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for the Cirque Du Soleil shows based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.
D'Angeli worked for World Wrestling Entertainment in marketing until August 15, 2010.He was made Director of Live Events Promotions & Booking in June 2006, before becoming Director of Promotions and Event Marketing in May 2007.

Doug Somerson

Douglas Duane Somerson was an American professional wrestler known by his ring name "Pretty Boy" Doug Somers. He worked in the American Wrestling Association (AWA) in the mid-1980s as part of a tag team with "Playboy" Buddy Rose, managed by Sherri Martel, and twice held the AWA World Tag Team Championship.
Douglas Duane Somerson, born September 22, 1951 in the heart of South Minneapolis, Minnesota, was the youngest of seven children of Carl and Dorothy Somerson. He had four brothers Jack, Russ, Dennis, and Gene and two sisters Barbara and Shirley. He was also uncle to author Julie Somerson.
In Minneapolis in 1986 as part of Verne Gagne's American Wrestling Association (AWA) Somers teamed up with "Playboy" Buddy Rose and manager Sherri Martel. The duo captured the AWA World Tag Team Championship by defeating Curt Hennig and Scott Hall via countout on May 17, 1986. They went on to feud with The Midnight Rockers over the belts for the remainder of 1986, culminating with Michaels and Jannetty winning the title on January 17, 1987.
Somers would continue to wrestle for the AWA as both a singles wrestler and tag team wrestler (with both Buddy Wolfe and Kevin Kelly) throughout 1987. He would also be a last minute replacement for Boris Zukhov (who jumped to the World Wrestling Federation) as Soldat Ustinov's tag team partner in a title defense against Jerry Lawler and Bill Dundee.
Somers resurfaced in the AWA in 1989, managed by Johnny Valiant. Somers went on to wrestle on the independent circuit and for the Global Wrestling Federation in 1991, taking part in their TV title tournament. He has also wrestled for Georgia independent company Folkstyle Championship Wrestling, in a feud with Frankie Valentine. At WCW Halloween Havoc 1991, Somers lost to Van Hammer in the first PPV match of his career. In 1992, Somers made several appearances for the World Wrestling Federation as an enhancement talent on their weekly syndicated programming.
On May 1, 2011 at the Memorial Mayhem 2 show, Somers debuted for NWA Rampage. He was on guest commentary during the television title match between champion Jeremy Vain and Somers' trainee Frankie Valentine. Vain defeated Valentine after Somers turned on Valentine and cost him the match. Afterwards Somers attacked Valentine. On May 15 Somers accompanied Vain & Sal Rinauro to the ring during their semi-final match in the NWA RPW tag team title tournament against Valentine & Kyle Matthews. Matthews & Valentine won the match. Somers interfered several times in the match. On May 29 Somers interfered in the finals of the tournament between Valentine & Matthews and Cru Jones & Chip Day costing Valentine & Matthews the match.
Somers died on May 16, 2017, at the age of 65

Maria Vassiliou
Biography
Maria Vassiliou (Greek: Μαρία Βασιλείου), also known as Maro Vassiliou (Μάρω Βασιλείου) or Mari Vassiliou (Μαρί Βασιλείου), was a Cypriot actress.
Born on 16 September 1950, she became an amateur actress and moved from London to Ekali, Athens after she was selected for the role of the eponymous prostitute in Evdokia, a 1971 film directed by Greek director Alexis Damianos. For her performance in Evdokia, Vassiliou was awarded the prize for best actress in the Thessaloniki International Film Festival. She was subsequently typecast, in films such as Erotism and passion. She was cast in a main role, as protagonist Electra's sister Chrysotheme, in the landmark Theodoros Angelopoulos film The Travelling Players, in 1975.
Vassiliou was diagnosed with cancer in Cyprus and went to London for treatment where she died in July 1989. She had kept her illness a secret and her whereabouts were unknown until nearly the end, sparking rumours that she had been killed in 1977 in a car crash.
