Fast-talking, quick-thinking Detroit street cop Axel Foley has bent more than a few rules and regs in his time, but when his best friend is murdered, he heads to sunny Beverly Hills to work the case like only he can.

Axel Foley returns to the land of sunshine and palm trees to investigate the near-fatal shooting of police Captain Andrew Bogomil. With the help of Sgt. Taggart and Det. Rosewood, they soon uncover that the shooting is associated with a series of "alphabet" robberies masterminded by a heartless weapons kingpin—and the chase is on.

It’s a mockumentary-style short film set in a typical office environment. The story revolves around a male employee who suddenly receives a complaint under the POSH Act (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) at the workplace. The narrative uses a mix of Tamil and English, and leans heavily on sarcasm and comedic beats—breaking the fourth wall, the protagonist talks directly to us, the “camera”, offering his reactions and thoughts in a funny, self-aware manner.

Latiff’s ‘Watson’ is a female Chinese forensic doctor (Mary Lim), and the first story 'Mud on Her Shoes' hinges on the romance between an English expat and a Malay woman. The second story is the titular 'Hantu Rimau'. The third tale ’Double Knock Out’, heralded as the first depiction of a local boxing match, was shot in Happy World (later renamed Gay World), one of the night-life amusement parks known as the ‘Worlds’. Nick Garcos comes back from his tour of duty in World War II planning to settle down with his girlfriend, Polly Faber.
