At Montmartre, Paris in 1911, the cabaret Le Mirliton is tightly packed with an audience eager to hear Aristide Bruant sing. He is the proprietor of the cabaret and enjoys great popularity.

A sequel to the 2011 musical A Second Fortuitous Meeting, the story picks up one year later, on the eve of Dorante and Silvia's wedding.

Asuka Period, Japan. Ooama no Miko meets Nukata no Ookimi when he goes with his older brother (Nakano Ooe no Miko) to her house. There Nakano Ooe is wooing Nukata's older sister, and so the two younger siblings meet and fall in love. Five years later, Ooama and Nukata are married, and a daughter has just been born. Ooama talks happily to Nukata about his plans with his brother to jointly rule their empire of Yamato. As Nukata listens to his naive, happy chatter, she becomes uneasy. Later, Nakano Ooe arrives and tells Nukata that she has grown and become very lovely. He has fallen in love with her, and wants her for his own. Yasujirou is the young heir to Kondaya, a money changing business in Osaka. One day, he wakes up to find himself in another world, in a flower garden in the purgatory between this life and the next. Realizing he is dead, he still harbors the love at first sight he felt upon espying a young woman whom he happened upon at Kozu Shrine, but whose identity is unknown to him.

The setting is Firenze (Florence), Italy, in the 1850s, where the Unification of Italy was beginning. Antonio is a sharp and virtuous young noble who is the oldest son of a marquis family. He meets Pamela, who used to be a singer at a bar but has now become the widow of a noble. He is charmed by her eyes that are deep with emotion and falls in love with her. On the other hand, the second son of the marquis family, Leonardo, is more free-spirited than Antonio. He believes that Pamela is a wicked woman who will lead his older brother to ruin. He therefore sets up a false romance to separate them, however...

He spends his days with his friend, Helsing XVI, a descendant of vampire researchers. Acting as Helsing’s ghost writer, he writes a fantasy romance novel about the events he witnessed in his past. One day, Alucard is dressed as a “vampire” at a Halloween costume party celebrating the publication of his book. There, he meets Lucy, a university student who dreams of becoming a dentist. As he gradually becomes more attracted to Lucy, his desire to become human grows. For a vampire with the gift of immortality, it is the equivalent of suicide.

The necklace had been used in a fraud case that marked a chapter in French history and later went missing. It has been reproduced using real diamonds. Fujiko has sneaked into Versailles, as has the gang of Lupin, Goemon, and Jigen - all with the intention of getting their hands on the necklace, which is valued at over 3 billion yen in today's money. But they bump into Inspector Zenigata. Lupin is the one who manages to foil Zenigata and grab the necklace. Yet the instant he lays hands on it, everyone is enveloped in a mysterious light. When they regain consciousness, they notice they have gone through a time slip to 1785, before the French Revolution when Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were around.
