When a meteorite hits a dumpster outside a toy store, a strange green slime leaks into the garbage unleashing a new wave of killer critters.
Strange Toys is a twisted, low budget sci-fi comedy horror. An absolute balls to the wall campy affair complete with outlandish characters and insane, hungry creatures.
Fans of 80’s critter-based horror oozing with cheese will absolutely love this. Asides from the humour we have flashes of good practical effects, and yes that includes the red stuff!
Michael st Michael (The Greasy Strangler) plays the eccentric toy store owner Mr Willy and effectively steals the show. We also have the return to screen of Patty Mullen – her first feature film since the iconic role of Elizabeth in 1990’s Frankenhooker!
Strange Toys has the potential to be a cult classic in years to come and has to be seen to be believed.
