Heaven for Betsy is an American sitcom that aired live on CBS twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday for fifteen minutes from September 30, 1952 to December 23, 1952. The series stars real-life husband and wife Jack Lemmon and Cynthia Stone. Based on the sketch The Couple Next Door that Lemmon and Stone performed regularly on the variety show The Frances Langford/Don Ameche Show.

The film presents a field of sunflowers. The focus is adjusted frame by frame in succession according to a series of patterns on particular plants situated in different parts of the field. The diverse configurations placed on separate frames of the film strip appear, when projected successively, simultaneously on the screen. Thus, filmed one after another at different focal lengths, the sunflowers combine during projection to form one spatiotemporal image. Widowed Elinor Randall and her young daughter Jerrine arrive in a barren stretch of Wyoming in 1910 after Elinor's application for work as a housekeeper is accepted by Clyde Stewart, a rancher.
