It took place at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan on November 9, 2003 and had over 67,450 people in the audience. This event was host to the semi-finals and finals of the 2003 Pride Middleweight Grand Prix tournament.

PRIDE Shockwave was a mixed martial arts and kickboxing event co-promoted by PRIDE and K-1 on August 28, 2002. It was held at Tokyo National Stadium in Tokyo, Japan. This event, holds the Pride attendance record with 91,108 spectators.[1] In Japan the event was known as Dynamite!

Pride Critical Countdown 2 was a mixed martial arts event held by Pride Fighting Championships. The event held the second round of the Heavyweight tournament. It took place on June 20th, 2004, at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan.

UFC 87: Seek and Destroy was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on August 9, 2008, at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The card was headlined by a welterweight championship bout between champion Georges St. Pierre and challenger Jon Fitch.

UFC 85: Bedlam was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) on June 7, 2008, at The O2 Arena in London, United Kingdom. The main event was ultimately changed to Matt Hughes against Thiago Alves. Hughes took the fight on short notice as a favor to the UFC and Alves came in four pounds overweight.

UFC 71: Liddell vs. Jackson was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The event took place on Saturday, May 26, 2007 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The main event was the rematch between UFC Light Heavyweight Champion "The Iceman" Chuck Liddell and Quinton "Rampage" Jackson. Jackson was the only fighter to have an unavenged win against Liddell.

UFC 69: Shootout was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on Saturday, April 7, 2007 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. The card was headlined by heavy favourite Georges St. Pierre defending his welterweight title against The Ultimate Fighter 4 welterweight winner Matt Serra.
