In 1995 Los Angeles, a conservative radio talk show host's beliefs are shattered when his wife suddenly dies in a gang shooting.

An inmate manages to win the prison time battle by thinking about his wife, who was also imprisoned. He lives only with the hope that the two will see each other again, but eventually realizes that the only thing he has left is the memory of the two's dancing steps.
