Set in Sarajevo in May 2021, the city's famous Old Town tries to recover after a difficult pandemic year. When a visitor from Zagreb comes looking for the best kebabs in town, a harmless gesture causes the disintegration of the business and private lives of several people.

A boy is setting the table. He places a plate with a picture of a tiger on the table. The tiger comes alive and jumps off the plate and starts to eat the boy's food and drink his juice.

Remy, a resident of Paris, has quite a sophisticated palate. He would love to become a chef so he can create and enjoy culinary masterpieces to his heart's delight. The only problem is, Remy is a rat. When he winds up in the sewer beneath one of Paris' finest restaurants, Remy finds himself ideally placed to realize his dream. He forms an unusual alliance with the restaurants rookie employee, and together they work through challenges stemming from Head Chef Skinner, Remy’s colony, and renowned food critic Anton Ego, who strikes fear in the hearts of chefs all throughout France.

Following the crazy advice of two shamans, an aspiring chef appeals to an incredible resource to win a national cooking competition: he publicly commits to personally dive to the bottom of the sea, find a sleeping shark, wake it up and turn it into a ceviche.

A traveller must make his way to the prize. But what could it be? A surprise? A life changing experience? Perhaps a lifelong friendship.
