A young filmmaker accidentally claps her idol’s mystical clapperboard, throwing the two on a frantic journey through film genres and beyond.

Masaki, an average college student, is walking through the park when he crosses eyes with Abe, an older mechanic sitting on a bench. Upon seeing him, Masaki says to himself "Uho, hot guy!" while Abe promptly unzips his jumpsuit, reveals his "unit" out in the open and asks, "Shall we do it?". They then proceed to the washroom and have sex.

Demonic Vice-Commander of the Shinsengumi, Toushirou Hijikata, acquires a cursed sword--one which completely rewrites his personality, morphing him from a hard-boiled, no-nonsense cop into a hopeless otaku. As he struggles to break the curse, an ambitious new member of the police force, Itou Kamotarou, seizes the opportunity to depose Hijikata in his bid for power within the organization. However, they soon come to realize that the nonsense threat they received might have been more than just a joke.
