The Sonatas and Partitas for solo violin by Johann Sebastian Bach are considered “the Himalayas of violinists". Yehudi Menuhin first recorded the complete works mid-1930s. The film, focuses on the Sonatas. It is a true dialogue between the recording of Yehudi Menuhin and Claire Bourdet, playing them today. The different movements are played in turn until they are merged into an unexpected polyphony. This is a film about music as an image of time.

Set in a small town suburb, a pathological lying teen, Max, tries to win over his crush Lindsey by inviting her to a concert that has yet to exist. After his band band mates suddenly quit and Max realizes his inability to write music, he is left with deceptively recruiting his broken hearted friend, Greg, to write for him. But when Greg tries to to get back with his girlfriend and realizes what Max has done to him, they must put aside their differences in order to push their music careers and relationships forward.

Alain Moreau sings for one of the few remaining dance-bands in Clermont-Ferrand. Though something of an idol amongst his female audience he has a melancholic awareness of the slow disappearance of that audience and of his advancing years. He is completely knocked off balance when he meets strikingly attractive and much younger businesswoman Marion. She seems distant and apparently otherwise involved but soon shows quiet signs of reciprocating his interest.

Winner of the DOC NYC Audience Award, Director Nick Canfield’s first film follows gospel-rock icon and activist Reverend Vince Anderson. After entering seminary, Vince dropped out to follow his second calling - music. With his band The Love Choir, he has played a now-legendary weekly show for over twenty years. Reconnecting with his faith and using his intense soulful music, he began to preach a type of spirituality that is open to all, meets people where they are, and moves everyone that sees him play. Reverend Vince is also deeply involved in social justice, working with other faith leaders around the country to build inclusive communities. Featuring Questlove and an ensemble of eccentric musicians, The Reverend is a rocking concert film as well as an intimate portrait of Reverend Vince’s inspiring personal and spiritual life.

Tricky, a pioneer of the trip-hop movement, is joined by Marta, a Polish-born singer, for a live performance at Ground Control in Paris in early 2023. The live performance is intercut with an interview with Tricky and Marta, touching on a range of subjects, including Marta’s debut album ‘When It’s Going Wrong’ (which Tricky produced and collaborated on).
