Batman raises the stakes in his war on crime. With the help of Lt. Jim Gordon and District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman sets out to dismantle the remaining criminal organizations that plague the streets. The partnership proves to be effective, but they soon find themselves prey to a reign of chaos unleashed by a rising criminal mastermind known to the terrified citizens of Gotham as the Joker.

The Igarashi siblings travel to the forbidden Area 666 to rescue airjacking victims (including their parents!) from the dangerous criminal known as Azuma, who wishes to judge the fate of humanity himself.

Shouichi encounters his old friend and caretaker Dr. Higashi Kunieda. Dr. Kunieda, a friend of Yoshihiko Misugi, took care of him while he was hospitalized with amnesia. After catching up on a year of separation Shouichi abruptly leaves to house to fight an Unknown as Agito Burning Form. Unfortunately, after the Unknown flees Shouichi loses control of himself and attacks Dr. Kunieda, who followed Shoucihi and watched him transform. Dr. Kunieda managed to calm him down but Shouichi becomes to afraid of himself and runs away.

After Matt's feelings over take him, he confronts his friend, Seth, wondering why he never got the present he deserved, only to find his friend felt the same way. These two friend's begin to fight over there feeling only to find the true meaning to Christmas.

This premium event featured appearances by the main cast of Kamen Rider Build, who conversed and share stories about the filming of the show that fans were not able to hear elsewhere. The event also included a stage show with an original Kamen Rider Build story created just for the event, complete with lights, sounds, and special effects. The event was be held on Friday, May 4, 2018, and Saturday, May 5, 2018, at the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa.

Akira wakes up with Ticket stuck to his hand. Along with Right, they fight off another puppet which has attached itself to Schwartz.

A group of archaeologists open a tomb that awakens horrible monsters, while journeyman Yusuke Godai is compelled to access a strange belt from the tomb to fight back against them. Also, a drunkard witnesses a murder by an unidentified lifeform near a church. Meanwhile, Yusuke is bothered by the idea of fighting and is unsure if it was right until he saw the daughter of one of the slain archeologists crying, making his reason to fight "to protect the smiles of people".
