Hyun-dong is a hikikomori. He lives off of the joy of assembling and displaying Gundams in his only space, his home. Then one day, he makes a big decision to go out to buy a Gundam plastic model that a delivery man left next to his door. At that moment, the front door slams shut. He is trapped in an unfamiliar world, he can't remember the password and he decides to go on a long journey to find the key house.

Diana, a young woman who suffers from social anxiety, works in the supermarket which forces her to face her biggest fears; unable to communicate with others, she takes refuge in an ideal dream: a still and silent world where she can be free but gradually and without noticing this place threatens to swallow her into oblivion.

A young actor, trapped in an abusive film set, starts spiraling in an anxiety induced attack and reflection as he ponders on his work and role in society. His attack and thoughts get heavier and more sporadic as he sifts through interviews he's done throughout the years - all showing the pain that lies within.

She's a teenager with generalized anxiety disorder, and as she gets older she discovers that she doesn't fit in with social norms and lives day after day in anguish trying to discover her own personality, which is why she creates a podcast to understand what she's feeling.

This documentary follows the lives of several extraordinary people who have been diagnosed with social anxiety disorder. Through personal interviews, viewers learn about the symptoms, emotions, and challenges these people face and about the treatments available to help people on their road to recovery.

The story of 2 boys, one a swimmer and the other a dancer. The swimmer gets hurt during a mugging and starts to believe that his swim career is over. The dancer, who is deaf, stays by the swimmer's side during his recovery even though the swimmer is having a difficult time dealing with what has happened and is sometimes mean to him. Slowly, the dancer is helping the swimmer get back into the pool.
