The crossover film between Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger and Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger. After hijacking the Hurricaneger's mechs; Wendinu and Furabijo, who survived their supposed deaths, unleash an ancient Jakanja warrior infused with Dino Guts known as Janil Iga. Iga allies himself with the Evolian to take over Earth and destroy the Abarangers, it's up to both them and the Hurricaneger to stop the newest threat by combining their forces in a way never seen before!

The film opens on Dino Earth fifteen years ago with a village elder telling the story of how Princess Freezia sealed away a pair of evil Bakuryuu with the Holy Sword, encasing them in ice. If the evil creatures are ever released from their prison, the world will end in a grip of fear "encased in white".

The Underground Empire Badan makes its move, intending to invert the world. A physicist named Tetsuo Okita discovers a new mineral called "Satanium," which is more powerful than uranium and emits destructive effects to anyone exposed to it. However, Destron abducts Okita in hopes of finding the source of Satanium and collecting more of it to expedite their run for global domination. Kamen Rider V3 must act fast in rescuing Professor Okita and preventing Destron from collecting more of the deadly mineral.

Villains spanning generations are united into a single evil force. The Kyoryugers, who are fighting an unseen evil, meet with the Go-Busters, and the "Greatest Trap ever seen on Earth" is sprung. What rises up against the true dinosaurs, and the death of your best friends? Now, the Kyoryugers must try and use the "True Brave".
