The main focus is on the head of the department, Artem Bosov, whose unusual management style raises a lot of questions from subordinates: from nicknames like "tsar" and "woodpecker" to strange corporate rituals. At the same time, the stories of entrepreneurs who, contrary to myths and stereotypes, managed to build a successful business in Russia are revealed. The film not only raises questions about working relationships, but also inspires new business ideas based on best practices and literary advice.
