During a very harsh winter, a hare has to deal with the bitter cold, hunger and the threats posed by hunters and other animals. One day he sees the easy, comfortable and safe lives that rabbits lead. He decides to go and stay with them in the hutch.

Dede is dead. Before, she was always around: day and night, outside or inside, nestled in the family's arms. In his animation, Philippe Kastner shows the darkness of grief and the rich colours of memories and dreams. Dede was not just any dog. She was his dog.

In 2057, a smart house remains standing in a world without humans after a nuclear war, along with the robots inside it. The robots continue their daily routines meaninglessly. While humanity has been destroyed by a power of its own making and greater than itself, this artificial order, in parallel, is also unable to withstand the greater force of nature for long.

Yadira, a creative young Cuban girl, struggles packing on her final day home. Embarking on an immigration journey alone, her suitcase feels too small to carry everything her heart holds.

The animated fairy tale tells the story of a woodcutter who cuts down a forest, carves a forest maiden out of one of the trunks and suddenly realises that he has served an evil master all his life. At the last moment, he defies fate and saves the revived tree. The artwork is based on the traditions of Czech puppet film. The plot is underscored by the haunting music of an acoustic guitar.

A student work by Jiří Menzel, filmed during his second year at the FAMU film school. Views of old Prague and its tenement buildings, symbolizing the obsolete past, alternate with shots of construction sites for new prefabricated apartment buildings. In spite of certain unavoidable propagandistic overtones added by the director, it is notable as the beginning of his search for a “dramaturgy of colors.”

Director Tereza Tara fell ill at the age of twenty-five. She captured her ten-year-long journey to recovery, which took her deep into the past and to the edge of the abyss, in the form of a personal and poetic video diary. With her weakened kidneys, she visited doctors, psychosomatic experts, and an alternative healer who urged her to surrender herself into the hands of God. Gradually, she began to see the condition of her dual organs as a reflection of her unbalanced relationship with her mother, her partner, and her own body. She finally understood that if she wanted to find a cure for her diseased kidneys and start living a better life, she needed to understand herself better first.

Author and her crew go on a field trip to a kindergarten to ask the children what they would like to do when they grow up. The children have very clear ideas about their future, which the director visualises with the ease and artistic shorthand typical of children's drawings.
