Nightmarish pilot about Robert Potemkin, a man with deformed back, who lives in the attic of his family's house. One night, his siamese sisters plan a prank on him, but sentient lizards send him to a parallel world to save photo-people.

The Fantastic Mr. Fox, bored with his current life, plans a heist against the three local farmers. The farmers, tired of sharing their chickens with the sly fox, seek revenge against him and his family.

Based on episodes of the series "Moomin Stories", the Moomins reminisce about the fondest moments of their lives. Moominpappa reminisces about his childhood; Moomintroll reminisces about how he, Sniff, and Snufkin set out to find out if Earth was truly threatened by a comet; and Moominmamma reminisces about the incredible visit of aliens from outer space.

The film tells the story of the Moomin family's preparations for winter and their hibernation, interrupted by unexpected events: the appearance of the mischievous Nibling, a visit to Too-Ticky, who lives by the sea, the adventures of Little My, rescued by Moomintroll, the exploits of the Hemulen, a sports enthusiast, and so on. The story ends with the arrival of spring, the awakening of all the inhabitants of Moominvalley, and the return of Snufkin. The film is based on episodes of the television series "Moomin Stories".

Walking down the street or sitting on a commuter train, few of us can resist the siren song of that small, illuminated device in our pockets. Through a carefully choreographed collision of hand-made sculptural collages and ink and paint animation, In the Shallows, by first-time NFB filmmaker Arash Akhgari, takes us on a deep dive into the shallow and fragmented world of news, entertainment and ads, where we can easily drown in the dangerous allure of mass media intoxication.

Adapting Jaroslav Hasek's raucous satirical novel, and also bringing Josef Lada's equally famous illustrations to garrulous puppet life, posed Trnka one of his biggest creative challenges. Trnka himself felt that the final episode was the most artistically successful, but there's much to enjoy in all three, not least the way that the lackadaisical layabout Svejk's own self-serving anecdotes are realized through cut-out animation.
