Golden Years begins with a farewell that is not a farewell. No goodbye is forever, is it? Tocotronic are concerned with the self-contradictions of our existence in an ever more refined way. For the 75th edition of the Berlinale, Tocotronic celebrates the start of its fourth decade as a band at the Columbia Theater.

Though several actors portray Elvis Presley at different stages of his life, this documentary is comprised mostly of actual performance footage and interviews with Elvis, his fans and those close to him. This biographical docu-drama features rare footage of Elvis and dramatically recreated scenes from Elvis' life.

As part of its 30th anniversary, and for the first time in its history, Cirque du Soleil will present a truly unique, exclusive music event celebrating 30 years of music. Music has always been a central character in Cirque du Soleil shows. It accompanies the artists, punctuates the performance and triggers emotions. The 75-minute concert will pay tribute to the music of Cirque du Soleil and will feature a choir of 70 voices (under the artistic direction of Gregory Charles) and 6 soloists accompanied by 28 musicians. With concert orchestration is based on the original orchestration of the film soundtracks and featuring David Bateson, known as the original voice of Agent 47 from the Hitman franchise.
