From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Marky Ramone (born Marc Steven Bell; July 15, 1956) is an American musician. He is best known for being the drummer for the Ramones, but has also played in other notable bands like Dust, Wayne County and the Backstreet Boys, Richard Hell & The Voidoids, and the Misfits. Although he is not the original drummer (Tommy Ramone), Marky is the only living member of the longest running Ramones line-up (15 years) which featured Joey, Johnny, Dee Dee, and himself. Camilla Luddington

Biography

Camilla Luddington (born 15 December 1983) is a British actress. Born and raised near London in Berkshire, England, her love of acting began when she started performing for her family and directing her younger brother at age 5. By 11 she had her first agent and appeared in local theatre productions. While continuing with theatre, she studied in the Theatre Arts program at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy in London, before coming to Hollywood in 2007. Camilla burst into the acting world in the iconic role of Kate Middleton in the Lifetime movie "William and Kate." Airing the week of the Royal Wedding, the ratings were the second highest in Lifetime's history, and the movie proved to be a worldwide success. Luddington portrays another iconic woman, Lara Croft, in the video game "Tomb Raider," produced by Crystal Dynamics. She was praised for giving "Tomb Raider" a much needed reboot. Within 48 hours of the game's release in March of 2013, it sold over 1 million copies. Luddington had a major recurring role opposite David Duchovny and Evan Handler on the critically acclaimed Showtime series, "Californication," in 2012, portraying sweet English nanny Lizzie, an aspiring actress who would do whatever it takes to make it in L.A. In 2012 she also recurred on the award-winning HBO series "True Blood," as Claudette, a fairy who helps protects Sookie (Anna Paquin) and educates her on the world of fairies. Luddington has appeared in various television series, including, "The Defenders," "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," "The Forgotten," Nickelodeon's "Big Time Rush" and "Days of our Lives." She co-wrote, co-directed and appeared in a short comedy "The Filming of Shakey Willis." Luddington currently resides in Los Angeles.

Sean Connery

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. Douglas Haig

Biography

Douglas Patrick Haig (March 9, 1920 – February 1, 2011) was an American child actor appearing in films in the 1920s and 1930s. His career began at age two in silent films and (unlike many silent film actors) continued into sound films ("talkies"). From 1928 onward he appeared in at least 14 films. As a small child he was placid and pleasant-looking. In a scholarly review of Attorney for the Defense, a 1932 sound film, his performance is described as very annoying. The high point of Haig's career as a film actor came in 1935, with a starring role in Man's Best Friend (1935). Before this he had appeared in both feature films and shorts such as The Family Group (1928), Sins of the Fathers (1928 lost silent film, of which only excerpts survive at the UCLA Film and Television Archives. Betrayal(1929, a silent film with talking sequences, synchronized music and sound effects), and Welcome Danger (1929). In Man's Best Friend (1935), he starred in the lead role of Jed Strong, a boy who has a fine dog and an abusive father who wants to kill the dog. In 1986, TV Guide described this film as a "simple, unpretentious story of a little mountain boy and his pet police dog."

Judith Wood

Judith Wood (born Helen Johnson, August 1, 1906 – April 6, 2002) was an American film actress. Wood's first role was in the 1929 film Gold Diggers of Broadway. In this first film, as well as in the four in which she would star during 1930, Wood was credited under her birth name. Her first film of 1931 was It Pays to Advertise, which starred Carole Lombard. It was the last film in which she was billed as Helen Johnson, and thereafter all of her film credits were under the name Judith Wood. In 1931, she was selected as one of 13 girls to be WAMPAS Baby Stars, along with actresses Marian Marsh, Karen Morley, Marion Shilling, and Barbara Weeks. Wood starred in six films in 1931, and then her career slowed and eventually faded. Also in 1931, she was injured in an automobile accident and spent months recuperating. She starred as Kitty Packard in the original Broadway production of Dinner at Eight, but the film version went to Jean Harlow. In 1934, she only received three film roles, one of which was uncredited. In 1936 and 1937, she had small but credited roles in two films, then did not receive another until 1941, which was uncredited. Her last film was in 1950 when she had an uncredited role in The Asphalt Jungle (1950). On March 17, 1939, Wood married Percival Christopher Wren Jr. in Tokyo, Japan. Following her marriage she retired from acting, but remained in Los Angeles. She died there in 2002 of natural causes, aged 95.

Peter Vaughan (born Peter Ewart Ohm; 4 April 1923 – 6 December 2016) was an English character actor known for many supporting roles in British film and television productions. He also acted extensively on the stage. He is perhaps best known for his role as Grouty in the sitcom Porridge and its 1979 film adaptation. Other parts included a recurring role alongside Robert Lindsay in the sitcom Citizen Smith, Tom Hedden in Straw Dogs, Winston the Ogre in Time Bandits, Tom Franklin in Chancer and Mr. Stevens, Sr. in The Remains of the Day. Dorly Jean-Louis is a Canadian Actress who continues to make a name for herself in film and television with no signs of slowing down. Ian Bryce (born November 30, 1956) is an English film producer. Starting as a production assistant on Return of the Jedi in 1983, he has since served as a producer for films including Twister, Saving Private Ryan, The Island, Spider-Man, Transformers, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. According to The Numbers, his films have grossed $7 billion worldwide—making him the 14th highest-grossing film producer as of 2024. Bryce grew up in Bristol, England, but moved to the US as a young adult. Bryce has won and been nominated for many awards, including multiple Golden Globe Awards, Academy Awards, and BAFTA nominations for his work as a producer. For Steven Spielberg's World War II drama Saving Private Ryan, he won a Golden Globe Award and nominations from the Academy Awards and BAFTA. The latter film was the second-highest-grossing film of 1998. Almost Famous, another Bryce production, received a BAFTA for Best Film in 2000. Bryce co-produced each of the films in the Michael Bay Transformers series, one of the highest-grossing film franchises of the 21st century. After marrying his wife Taylor, they moved to Los Angeles.
