After nearly 50 years of hiding, Leatherface returns to terrorize a group of idealistic influencers who accidentally disrupt his carefully shielded world in a remote Texas town.

Rafael wakes up in a house he has never seen before. He suspects he has been kidnapped, but manages to escape from the house. While escaping, he finds an open house, with no one there, and no cars.
