Phantasy Star Online Series 15th Anniversary Concert: Sympathy 2015 Live Memorial is a three-part concert celebrating fifteen years of the Phantasy Star Online sub-series. Performed by the Sympathy Special Orchestra and featuring Annette Marie Cotrill, Takenobu Mitsuyoshi, Satomi Sato, Halko Momoi, Atsuko Enomoto, Ichitaro Ai, DF GIRLS, Marika Kouno, Riko Kohara and Yurika Takagi.

Starting out as a comedic courtroom adventure, the DS game Gyakuten Saiban attracted vast amounts of fans with its fun system, intriguing plot, enchanting characters and wonderful BGM tracks. To praise the game's excellent music, a classical orchestral performance was arranged in April for all fans to come together and enjoy. For those who unfortunately missed the event, you can take part in it, although belatedly, through the DVD recording of the concert. Through the DVD view menu, watch the game's images that were projected onto the large screen during the performance.

Home video release of Live Sympathy 2018 held at Differ Ariake on March 24, 2018. Comes with all 15 types of item codes for the game, PS 30th anniversary sticker, bonus footage including behind-the-scenes, scenes from daytime live, and comments from staff. Blu-ray comes with live footage mainly from the night performance with partial footage from daytime live.
