In the aftermath of the Fourth Impact, stranded without their Evangelions, Shinji, Asuka and Rei find refuge in one of the rare pockets of humanity that still exist on the ruined planet Earth. Meanwhile, Alien Damuno, who claims themselves as the “ruler of the universe” appears! Chaos ensues when damudoxin leaks from the destroyed tanks, consuming samples of kaiju carcasses and giving rise to the giant Gongilgan, the Demonic Carcass. Set in Tokyo, the capital of Japan, Ultraman Blazar and SKaRD clash in a showdown against the giant kaiju!

The members of the Super GUTS force, one of whom is secretly Ultraman Dyna, are in the middle of a losing battle against an enormous monster on the surface of the moon, when suddenly a spaceship appears and saves them by zapping the beast. The crew of the ship claim to members of the world peace force that originally created the Super GUTS force, and they invite the GUTS members to enter their brainwave patterns into the ship's battle computer so it can be a more effective fighting system. It sounds like a good idea, but could they have some other plan up their sleeves?

With Los Angeles in flaming ruins from a nuclear attack, solders mop up what is left of the deadly spider with a giant spider killing robot: Mecha-Destructor. Unfortunately, a terrorist escaped from the weapons base with a suit case full of the creatures. The recording of the Kamen Rider Blade 20th Anniversary STAGE&TALK event based on the performance in Amagasaki (February 10, 2024) and bonus footage from the performance in Kasukabe (December 7, 2024).
