A look at the life of French designer Yves Saint Laurent from the beginning of his career in 1958 when he met his lover and business partner, Pierre Berge.

Yves Saint Laurent: The Hamish Bowles Collection is a documentary revealing the curation of 55 rare, personal YSL garments by Vogue editor-at-large Hamish Bowles. Showcased at the Musée Yves Saint Laurent Marrakech, the film highlights iconic designs from the 1960s to 1990s, focusing on the "lived history" of pieces once worn by fashion figures like Nan Kempner and Betty Catroux, showcasing the designer's genius. This documentary offers a glimpse into the exhibition, with interviews by Hamish Bowles, Madison Cox, Patrick Kinmonth, Zerlina Hughes and Marisa Berenson.

At just under 10 minutes, the film brings to life a fusion of pleasure mixed with terror. It begins dark, transporting the viewer into a woodsy scene where it must be close to midnight and who knows what can happen in the middle of nowhere.

When a young princess, instead of being fully dedicated to her love, persists in running around like a tomboy and roaming the forests with her gang, and a young prince refuses to give up all his vices and mischief, an aquaphobic fairy takes their fate into her hands. The 6-year-old must practice daily 6 hours at the piano and already impresses at famous music parties. When Eduard Fabricius breaks a leg after a concert in Lucerne and must go to the hospital, he can be persuaded by a pediatrician to grant some carefree vacation weeks in a manor for Wolfgang. The manor belongs to the young widow Elisabeth who soon grows very fond of the little boy. Wolfgang makes friends with 11-year-old Heidi and Jöggi, a boy his age who first saw a rival in him...

Vienna: Wedding dreams draw Adrian, the rich son of a Hamburg merchant dynasty, to Vienna. His chosen one is a countess whose parents pretend to be rich but are in fact desperately poor. The meticulously planned wedding intrigue culminates in a duel to which Adrian is challenged by his bride's brother. Adrian is shot and left dying to the vultures, but is fortunately found by Josefine and her friend Zenzi. With their charm, the two whores persuade a doctor to operate the bullet out of the unknown man's chest and nurse him back to health. Especially the erotic stories Josephine told Adrian to keep him alive after the operation fascinated the latter. And he develops a plan to take revenge on the family of his chosen one. Adrian decides to introduce Josephine and Zenzi to the finest Viennese society

Inge works in a department store as a saleswoman in the women's fashion department. She suffers from the cramped conditions in her parents' house, where they save money because her choleric father, a miner, dreams of owning his own house in the country. She despises life in the Ruhr area where the air is always sooty black and she is dissatisfied in her relationship with the miner Wolfgang. A sudden change occurs when her boss organizes a fashion show in the department store. He personally selects a group of female employees and sales assistants to appear as mannequins. Inge is praised for her figure and appearance and is even allowed to present the wedding dress at the end of the fashion show. Wolfgang wants to surprise her after the fashion show: he has also bought a motorcycle for her (on credit). Inge is short-tempered, however, as she and the other mannequins have been invited to a party at his house after the fashion show by the well-off Günther...

In this one we look at the cases of a number of young women and their plumbing problems as seen through the eyes of the narrator, a moralizing but well meaning gynaecologist.
