Shouichi encounters a teenage girl called Sayaka, who ran away from a military facility because of an attack by the Ant Lords. Sayaka has a supernatural ability to foresee the future. Risa Fukami, of the military group GA, wants to use that power to enhance the newly-made G4 System, which was based upon designs stolen from Ozawa. Now, Agito and Gills must fight to stop the Ant Lords' attack, as G3 and G4 settle their score.

French nuclear tests irradiate an iguana into a giant monster that viciously attacks freighter ships in the Pacific Ocean. A team of experts, including Niko Tatopoulos, conclude that the oversized reptile is the culprit. Before long, the giant lizard is loose in Manhattan as the US military races to destroy the monster before it reproduces and it's spawn takes over the world.

Rinne returns to Japan with Sophia's guidance, who is investigating a series of female kidnappings, and decides to investigate the case with Girls Remix. They head to the scene of the crime with Reika Shindai to investigate a case suspected to involve an alchemist. At that moment, Yoko appears again and attacks them, but a woman who looks like Clotho appears and fights Yoko. Will Rinne be able to solve the case and save her classmates?!
