"Push and Pull"

On one of his trips, Wahid, a forty-year-old journalist, meets Sawsan, a young flight attendant. Admiration grows between them, and love grows, but the age difference between them is an obstacle, as she fears repeating the experience of her mother, who married her father, who was twenty years older than her, and then he died. Sawsan falls ill and is admitted to a hospital, and Wahid goes to visit her. The mother is surprised that he is her lover, whom she loved when she was young, and was unable to marry him.

A young academy soldier, Maciek Chelmicki, is ordered to shoot the secretary of the KW PPR. A coincidence causes him to kill someone else. Meeting face to face with his victim, he gets a shock. The story takes place in Haifa, Israel, in 1979, during three days before the Shabbat. A young woman trying to raise three children, work from home, and observe the strict Moroccan traditions of her family finds herself at constant odds with her husband and her brothers, who want her to stay married and leave behind the notions of being loved and free.

The events revolve around the character of the girl Nemat (Sabah), who aspires to have a prosperous life to compensate for the suffering she has endured. Neamat pretends to be rich to lure the wealthy young man Hussein (Shukri Sarhan) into falling in love with her. Nemat's plan faces many difficulties and challenges as events unfold.
