The goal of SORD is to train a new generation of operatives to defend the country against future threats. To that end, the organization has established a series of schools up and down the country. Mihama Academy, more-or-less left to rot after its abrupt closure, has been given new purpose as one such 'specialist training school'. It now entrusts the misfit girls who attend it with guns and live ammunition. No matter how much life grinds them down, what future awaits these girls, who've themselves chosen the path of the gun?

The short follows the dream of a young boy in which strange whale teleports him to a fantasy land where a happy cat named Pero (modeled after the character in the Nagagutsu wo Haita Neko anime that serves as Toei Animation's mascot) appears. The piece is entirely dialogueless.

There's also a mysterious fellow who is not only trying to corner the market on Pasha, but seems to know all about the Sol Bianca and her crew--and he wants the captured pair transferred into his custody immediately.

The film presents the universal problems of musicians throughout the life of the band ACID. Underground clubs, unforgettable parties, upward success at first, then membership swaps, love, addiction problems, unfulfilled contracts. The band members talk about how they experience and see these things. Recollections reveal who these robots are and how they met.
