Mossunguê – A Donnas do Novo Mundo

The Mossunguê neighborhood was colonized by Italian immigrants from the city of Donnas in the Aosta Valley region at the end of the 19th century. Now that the neighborhood has become hyper-urbanized, there is nothing left associated with the agricultural past that kept alive for almost a century the traditions of the place of origin of the Juglair, Nicco, and Perretto families.
