A complete change of pace for cult pinku-eiga filmmaker Hisayasu Sato, this softcore farce set in a women's clinic looks more like one of Siggi Gotz's German romps than a film from the director of OL Renzoku Rape: Kyonyu Musaboru or Kamen No Yuwaku. The zany antics include the misadventures of a voyeuristic nurse, an exhibitionistic patient, a doctor and nurse who engage in S&M, a hypochondriac, and a lesbian nurse who sleeps with the patients.

Cult filmmaker Hisayasu Sato's second comedy of the year, this silly softcore effort stars pretty Nao Kikuchi as a young married woman who takes a job at a call-girl agency with the mistaken belief that it is a maid service. After she is raped on her first assignment, Kikuchi is understandably shocked, but quickly warms to her new career and becomes quite the professional. Unfortunately, her husband soon discovers the true nature of her work.

A married couple enjoy engaging in S&M sexual behavior, and the wife, Yuri, asserts, "The ultimate SM play is death." After her husband dies, supposedly accidentally, Yuri is left alone, grieving and self-destructive. Her mental state deteriorates as she watches and masturbates joylessly to the home-made SM videos she made with her husband.

A river crossing is blocked and various traveling couples are stranded at an inn. Everybody has their secrets and the police are looking for a suspect in their midst.

A beautiful young man is riding a train when a suspicious man comes and snuggles up to him. A man who snuggles up to you even if you run away. Eventually, when he arrives at the station, the man gets off, but leaves a book. Thinking that the man might have forgotten it, he picks up the book. The book is "Gay Toybox". When he finally opens the book, the movie begins with an epilogue. The movie is an omnibus of three features. In other words, each book is an elaborate composition of one story of the gay world that is developed in that book.

Nishihara Chieri, who works at a financial company, lives a modest life. One day, she is deceived by her boyfriend, Muneo, and ends up in debt of 5 million yen. If she doesn't pay it back within a month, he will find out and fire her. She frantically tries to find money, but she can't seem to save up any. Then, at a pachinko slot machine cash exchange, she spots a man with a large sum of money. "Pachinko slot machines can make money!" Chieri thinks, and immediately goes to play the slots, but it's not that easy to win. Chieri is at a loss, but by chance she sits next to Shunsuke, a slot machine pro, and he ends up teaching her how to play.
